This project is planned to hold a total of 18 units and is placed on a 4.550m2 plot of land in the Yalikavak area of the Bodrum peninsula. The project is designed to accommodate two 135m2 duplex villas and 16 apartments with 62m2 living space each.

The construction work for this project has commenced on the 15th of January 2007 and was completed on the 30th of November 2007 for turn-key delivery to their respective owners.
