This project was constructed on a parcel of 1200m2 in the central area of Yalıkavak, directly adjacent to the Bodrum - Yalıkavak freeway. 

The shopping center holds four 75m2 offices and four 150 m2 shops with included depots.

The project was finalized on the date of June, 01 2011 and handed over to their respective owners, who had bought off-plan, before the start of construction work.
