On the 6th and 7th of April the capital of Azerbaijan, Baku is holding the international exhibition of real estate BAKU OVERSEAS PROPERTY EXPO 2018.

Our ongoing project called “Mavi Yaşam Villas”, located in the center of Yalikavak, the most fancy and popular area of Bodrum peninsula, offers comfortable living 12 months a year.
The construction of the project started in the season of 2018-2019 and continues with the estimated completion date of 30 April 2020. At the moment we have completed swimming pools, air conditioning and underfloor heating installations and infrastructure, and started landscaping and fine workmanship.
We continue to work with all our energy and day by day get closer to the delivery date.
